- HandyApps provides browser-based utility tools.
- No account registration is required.
- HandyApps does not offer paid purchases, subscriptions, or in-app sales at this time.
2. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for business, legal, medical, tax, or safety-critical decisions.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HandyApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profit arising from use of the service.
- This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with service security or availability.
4. Privacy and cookies (no-account model)
- HandyApps does not require account sign-up and does not intentionally collect profile information.
- Most tools run locally in your browser. For these tools, your file contents are processed client-side and are not intentionally transmitted to HandyApps servers.
- Basic technical logs may be processed by infrastructure providers (for example, IP address, user agent, and request timestamp) for security and reliability operations.
- Essential storage (such as theme and consent preferences) may be stored in your browser. Optional analytics/advertising technologies, if enabled, are loaded only after consent choices.
5. International use and governing rules
HandyApps is operated from the Republic of Korea. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
